Space Munchies

Freeze-drying is a 100% physical process — not chemical. Foods are frozen at −65°C, then water is extracted under vacuum. Nothing is added and nothing is lost in terms of taste or nutrients. The result: an ultra-light, crispy snack with a shelf life of over 2 years without refrigeration.

Each pouch contains a maximum of 3 natural ingredients: real fruits, Romanian yogurt or cheese — plus honey where applicable. Zero added sugar, zero preservatives, zero artificial flavors. The sweetness comes exclusively from fruits and honey.

Over 2 years (24 months) at room temperature, sealed. The freeze-drying process completely removes water, stopping any microbial activity. No refrigeration required — you can keep them in a cupboard, backpack or car.

We have 4 distinct flavors: Freeze-dried Cheese (salty, crispy, protein-packed), Strawberry & Honey Yogurt (sweet-tangy, natural probiotics), Raspberry & Honey Yogurt (antioxidants, intense flavor) and Apple & Honey Yogurt (balanced, easy to pair). All are 50g per pouch.

Absolutely — they are probably the cleanest snack you can give a child. No added sugar, no colorants, no E-numbers. Kids love the crispy texture and you can put them in lunch boxes without worry. Strawberry & Honey is the little ones' favorite.

The yogurts — yes! Pour a spoonful of water over the pieces and in 2 minutes you have a bowl of creamy yogurt with fruit, as if you took it out of the fridge. The cheese is better crispy, straight from the pouch. All flavors work excellently as toppings on cereals or smoothie bowls.

All flavors are gluten-free and soy-free. The yogurts contain lactose (from real yogurt). The cheese contains lactose (from cheese). Check the label if you have sensitivity to dairy products. They do not contain nuts, eggs or fish.

Because freeze-drying is the most expensive and most delicate food preservation process. From 200g of yogurt with fresh fruit, after removing water at −65°C, 50g of concentrated snack remains. You are essentially buying the nutrients from 4 spoonfuls of premium yogurt — but in a form that lasts 2 years without refrigeration.
